Elevate your Wellness Retreats with Expert Reflexology.

In the world of luxury wellness retreats, where every detail is meticulously crafted to provide unparalleled experiences, it’s time to offer something truly distinctive and impactful: expert Reflexology.

As a specialist clinical reflexologist based in the beautiful Cotswolds, UK, I bring years of focused training, passion, and expertise in this singular therapy. Unlike the more generic offerings often found in retreats, my approach elevates Reflexology to its rightful place as a cutting-edge, modern holistic therapy—one that delivers profound health benefits and unparalleled guest satisfaction.

Why Reflexology?

Reflexology is more than just a treatment—it’s a journey to better health. By stimulating specific points on the feet, hands, or ears, Reflexology promotes deep relaxation, improves circulation, and restores balance to the body. Imagine your guests leaving the retreat with more than just a memory of relaxation. Imagine them discovering an awakening of their health potential through the expert touch of a reflexologist who focuses solely on their unique needs. This is the transformative experience Reflexology offers.

FAQs

  • Before treatment starts, guests will need to sign a consent form for my insurance purposes where they will declare any medical conditions, allergies and any medication.

Guests should wear loose, comfy trousers that can be pushed up so I can access the lower calf.

I’ll first observe the feet which say a lot about our health then proceed with stimulating reflexes for all systems and organs of the body, focusing back on trouble areas.

During the treatment most people feel relaxed and may fall asleep. They may feel tingling sensations in different parts of the body. All good signs!

  • Reflexology is a deeply relaxing therapy, however some discomfort may be felt when working on reflexes that are congested.

Stimulating them helps clear neural pathways and aids your body's own healing process until homeostasis (balance) is restored.

  • Reflexology is non-invasive and so very safe and enjoyable.

However, some people may experience what is known as a healing reaction. This is the body's way of dealing with the toxins that are released during a treatment and may include feeling tired, thirsty, nauseous, increased bowel movements etc.

This is a normal reaction and part of the healing process. Symptoms shouldn't last longer than 24 hours. Drinking plenty of water after your treatment will help this process.
