Chrissy Silva is a specialist Reflexologist and registered member of both the AoR and FHT.

She graduated in 2020 from the acclaimed London School of Reflexology and gained a further diploma in Reflexology for Stress from the Reflexology Academy in London, 2022.

In contrast to other holistic therapists, she decided against learning multiple therapies, instead focusing all her training and expertise in this one therapy alone, such is her conviction and passion for Reflexology!

She is resident reflexologist at two acclaimed Cotswold wellness clinics as well as her own home clinic. She also offers reflexology at wellness retreats helping people improve their overall physical, emotional and hormonal wellbeing.

Her treatments use breathing & vagus nerve techniques to regulate the nervous system and she includes holistic lifestyle advice as part of your treatment.
