Four questions for Reflexology newbies

1. Do you feel overlooked?

I often meet clients who feel unheard and misunderstood. Their symptoms dismissed, prescribed unnecessary medication or they simply feel let down by the care they’ve received with little or no improvement.

2. Are you open to trying holistic therapy?

There needs to be an openness to exploring new ways of treating health issues. Reflexology offers a new approach to healthcare. It takes patience but the benefits continue long after treatments thanks to their cumulative effect.

3. Are you committed?

Reflexology is a collaborative process. It requires consistency and effort between treatments like following the lifestyle advice provided. A course of 6 regular sessions is recommended to create the impact needed to see change.

4. Are you a no health “hacks” or quick fixes person?

Holistic healing takes time. As a general rule chronic conditions need longer treatment while acute issues take less time. However, you should notice physical and mental improvements after each session
