Are you listening to your body?

Healing requires active participation.

You have to be willing to let go of anything in your life that contributed to your dis-ease. This is not to say you’re to blame or that you’re ‘bad’, but rather this is an opportunity to really take an assessment of your life.

Where are you playing small when you should be playing big? What boundaries do you need to set? Are you eating nutritious food that supports and nourishes you? Are you putting your needs first? Are you drained everyday by your job or the people around you? Are you getting enough movement and enough stillness?

Imbalances in our physical bodies are little reminders saying “Hey you, something’s off - let’s fix this”

Your body is your best friend. It sends you signals to get your mind’s attention, in order to facilitate change. Change is good. Embrace it. There is so much freedom and clarity on the other side once you allow it in. Don’t be afraid to let go of what you think you ‘need’, for what could be.

Our bodies are self-healing machines - every cell in our body is intelligent. Nothing can replicate that. Use it.
